This was a night for Mordialloc College to show off the great programs that are happening throughout the school. The area we were directly concerned with was the Mordi Experience. We wanted to give the visitors a taste of what is was like to be part of the program if only for a brief time. We planned to use the bridge building team task and got a bunch of staws, masking tape and some newspaper to distribute amongst those that came to our area with the intention of getting them to build a bridge to span a 30 cm gap and to be of a height of 15 cm. Once construction was complete the bridge would be tested on its capacity to carry weight buy placing golf balls on it . The highest number of golf balls would be deemed the winner.
